Unexpected trip to A&E whilst down visiting my dad. Prompt professional treatment, clinically thorough. As a theatre matron, I felt I would critique objectively and I was very impressed. The only criticism I would have is I don't to hear NHS staff moaning about the NHS whilst I waited in the observation bay - not professional; might have had a neck brace on, but could still here - not a good way to represent your employer! Triage nurse, advanced nurse practitioner and consultant excellent.
