What could be improved

If a patient is moved to another ward, it would be most helpful to advise next of kin.

My experience is that my brother was moved from ward 15 to ward 10 without advising us. The visiting times on ward 15 are 1 to 4 pm whereas ward 10 are11.30 to1 pm. I travel 60 miles to the hospital so i need to know in advance. also he was moved back to ward 10 again without notice.

Please give a little thought to the visitor becaus it can make a difference to the patient's recovery.
