Been in to see my friend today she's only been in since yesterday and I'm fuming! She's in agony and rarely tended to she's on a drip that's being changed when they can be bothered although she needs it pretty much constant and the way she was spoke to by a very rude member of staff yesterday was completely unacceptable will be making many more complaints no doubt!
