Anything else?
Having had my elderly father attend ENT for ear problems I cannot praise highly enough the Nurse Practicioner. He goes out of his way to be helpful, polite and treats my dad with the utmost kindness. If the NHS was staffed by people with the same dedicartion as he has, it would be one great organisation. Anyway, thanks and praise for this man!
