What I liked

the nurses were nice .

tried 2 help as much as they cud .

What could be improved

doctors 2 be more polite .

have more nurses

for the doctors 2 respect what the person is sayin.

for the wards 2 be cleaner.

We know the issue of communication between doctors and patients/relatives is an area where we can make improvements as this was highlighted by other patients in the latest Inpatient Survey.
