Attended for two Endoscopies. Lady on Reception in Endoscopy Unit very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Excellent care from the team carrying out the Endoscopies - before, during, and after the proceeedures. The doctor, two named nurses, and the other nurses in attendance provided reassurance throughout the proceedure. Prior to the Endoscopies it was carefully explained what was to happen, and afterwards the results were carefully explained as was the proposed subsequent action. NB! Item 4 below - I attended in both March and April From the Departments listed I not sure which one Endoscopy comes under.
