I had a long term illness from about Dec 2011. This condition took a long time to be diagnosed because of its nature, it as therefore diagnosed in March 2012. this as after the medics had tirelessly worked to find out what I had. I was put on medication that did not go very ell with me. slowly I got better and that took about 10 months before I was able to go back to work. Thank you so much for patching me up!!!!! However the sad part of it is that when I needed support (confirmation that I was not well) for my finances I got a negative report from a senior staff member that has left me worse financially. this is very upsetting and devastating I am in debt now cannot even afford to pay my utility bills all just because of the information given that I as fit for work in March 2012 and that as the time I started treatment. I was well looked after but totally let down by the staff member.!!!
