I went to A&E after injuring my finger end on the lawnmower. Although the initial waiting was a little unclear as to how it worked, once I was being seen to, I received an excellent service. For a relatively minor injury, it became complicated by very heavy bleeding. Several members of staff were involved at different times to help control the bleeding. Every one of them was helpful, friendly and knew what they were doing. Also, they were all very busy with dozens of other patients. I was extremely pleased with how they dealt with my injury, and how they cared for me. Full marks all round.
