"x ray at Palmers Hospital- a good experience"

I took my Mother for an X ray at Palmers Hospital yesterday. She is 82 and has Alzheimers and very little short term memory.

We arrived early at a very smart waiting area and my Mother was seen immediately by a very friendly and empathetic Radiographer. I had been dreading the experience but the quality of the site and skill and understanding of Julia Redmain the Radiographer transformed the experience for both of us.
