What could be improved

I visited my new grandson at the hospital on 8/3/08 bringing my 2 other grandsons. I was disgusted to find that at the door of the maternity department both hand wash bottles were empty, and when walking down the corridor to the nurses station, one of the bottles was empty and the other had about half an inch in it. How can you keep bugs at bay if you can't keep the bottles of spirit gel full? How can you contain c.dif if the visitors are unable to help by using the preventatives? There is a picture in the courier this week of a nurse using the hand gel dispenser, obviously the person in charge of infection isn't aware of my side of the situation.
