I went to charring cross A&E several times, twice in one day, they were worse than useless, incompetent and very un educated, they never went past the standard test of blood , x.ray, ecg, even though I was very ill they never tried to find out what was wrong. after they had done the standard tests they sent me home. when I returned a hour later in a ambulance. the nurse stuck the butterfly needle in my right hand next to my vein and asked me what was the sticking out of my hand. the level of incompetence in this hospital is amazing, ime surprised the dept is still open.
