I visited Kings Mill last night after being injured at work, I had a cut on my foot from the incident, after seeing the triage nurse I saw another nurse, they sent me for an x-ray and when I got back he cleaned my wound , looked for any foreign bodies then stitched the wound, they were an out and out professional and I would like my thoughts known, in a time where it is easy to winge and moan about the NHS and the service we receive in a time of hardship and cutbacks there are people like him that does not let the current climate get in the way of his work. They worked long after their shift to stitch me up. He didn’t rush or pass me on to another nurse no he seen the job through and in my opinion to the highest of standards , he went above and beyond his call of duty and this nurse is a massive asset to the NHS and should be recognised for that ,thank you.
