(as the patient),

I went to get the cerrezzete mini pill, and I was made to feel so at ease. I saw Glynn and she was so lovely. She took time to explain the pill to me.

She went through my family history and advised me to check my breasts for lumps. She advised me of drop in centre opening times and explained I could see them any other time if necessary.

It's obvious she enjoys her job as she made me feel that nothing was too much trouble.

Thank you LisaC for taking the time to post on patient opinion. The staff in the sexual health service work really hard to make all their patients feel at ease & comfortable. The team ensure they give each patient as much information as possible regarding their medication and lots of information self-care. Currently the service is redesigning so drop-ins and clinics are available evenings & Saturdays.

I have passed your post onto the team. Once again thank you for posting.
