I went into the clinic following a referral from my GP. I was seen within 2 weeks, met 2 doctors, had an ultrasound scan and a fine needle biopsy within 2 hours, then was telephoned with the results of the biopsy that evening. All the staff from the receptionist to the radiologist were friendly, helpful and clear as well as compassionate in what was a rather worrying situation. The department was incredibly efficiently run and I felt that everyone went out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Thank you, Holly
