"The reception staff, nurses and doctor were kind and professional"

(as the patient),

My own fault, I fell off a chair onto concrete and split my lip. I arrived at A&E at 12. 40pm and was out by 2pm. I declined 'plastics' and opted to have my lip glued.

The reception staff, nurses and doctor were kind and professional. The younger doctor was also not too 'proud' to ask for guidance from the senior nurse and she showed him what to do.

I have a small scar, as I expected, but I could have fallen a lot worse, so I'm grateful.
