I was very pleased by the care provided to me by the staff in the woman's centre. I was booked in for induction of Labour as I was 2 weeks over due. The midwifes were excellent and made me feel at ease during my stay. The delivery staff were fabulous and the midwifes who looked after me, my husband and my new baby so well. I had an emergency C section and I have to say at every point of my visit all interventions were well explained to me and the theatre staff were so hard working and dedicated. The post natal ward was very busy I felt there was not enough midwifes to woman and babies and this was a very busy unit however the staff always managed to be pleasant and caring. Special thanks to the HCA for looking after me and my baby what a lovely caring healthcare assistant. The only thing I could suggest for improvement is that patients are informed they have to go and collect their own meals on the post natal ward as I was not aware and missed breakfast and lunch. Thanks so much for all your hard work, Your all a credit to the trust! See you all again in a few years haha!
