Anything else?
I have had two operations in the Podiatry Department of the hospital and I was amazed that the NHS could offer such a wonderful service, from my first appointment at the clinic to my departure after my second operation. For fifteen years I have been trying to get a foot problem, a neuroma, sorted out at other hospitals both in the Uk and in the Canary Islands, I have been in a great deal of pain for most of this time when walking. I went to see the surgeon who was quite happy to carry out the operation and the result was amazing, I can now lead a normal life, it is like he waved a magic wand. I would recommend this department to anyone who is having to undergo foot surgery. From the time you arrive to the time you leave you are treated with the utmost care and respect. The cleanliness is first class as is the whole hospital. Other hospitals should take note of what the Queen Victorial Memorial offers to patients. Well done!!!
"A First Class NHS Hospital!!"
