I arrived for my scan but was told it was cancelled

"I arrived for my scan but was told it was cancelled"

(as the patient),

I'm pregnant. I arrived for scan showed my letter and they told my I'm not on the list. That my partner called and cancelled it.

1. Why should I come if he cancelled it? ?

And 2. He tried cancel my midwife appointment lady told him I need to call. So I called I changed it I got letter and anyway they forgot to put me on the list.

I don't really care who picks up the phones there and who do all that mess but I'm thinking now to change hospital and will tell all my friends about that.
