"I went into 112 with my 1 yr old ..."

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked:

I went into 112 with my 1 yr old vomiting, I told the medical staff that she had been experiencing very strong smelling nappies at which poiunt they attached a sample bag to the later take off advising me she had gastroenteritus and was to yong to have a urine infection. 2 days later i arrived at a and e where my daughter would not stop screaming, after a 2hr wait was told it was colic after her gastro... 2 weeks untreated my practice nurse sampled my daughters urine which was rife with infection and 2 weeks on she is now awaiting a scan as antibiotics have not worked on the undiagnosed uti.... at the moment indefinateley on antibiotics

What could be improved? The time spent and listen to what information is being offered from parents we love our kids yes but we're not all over protective
