We spent 30 minutes trying to park, my husband is disabled and cannot walk far, we went round 4 times and we managed to find an hole, we were so early but landed up in the hospital 3 minutes to spare.
You changed the eye hospital out patients to the Tower block but the parking is terrible, There is just not enough parking spaces up that end.
To go by bus the bus stop is to far away for him to walk. When we got inside must of the people were in the cafe etc, which is good idea, but it limits the parking to nil.
