What I liked

I have always had excellent customer service from St Cross - dealt with quickly and by friendly and supportive staff. I have always found the hospital to be clean (a great bonus in a hospital!) and have always been made to feel at ease.

What could be improved

The only unfortunate experience was when I had to break through a conversation between two receptionists, who then said that the place I was looking for didn't exist (fortunately, I had more faith in the letter I had in my hand.)
