My wife has an appointment with the incontinence clinic a week from tomorrow. The appointment was originally at Rope Walk but is now on South Sherwood Street.
Yesterday I tried to call the clinic half a dozen times to confirm the appointment time and venue; I needed to be sure of where I needed to take my wife for her appointment. I could not get through to the clinic, this is not very helpful.
