"Anxiety, Depression and OCD"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

I have suffered with anxiety, depression and ocd for the last twenty years. I have been to counselling many times to talk about my problems, but never have I felt this good.

It has taken 17 weeks of seeing Amy in inclusion matters sefton to make me feel that life is worth living again.

At first I though I would not be able to do the tasks given to me, but Amy gave me the confidence. She made me feel special as if I did belong on this earth.

I know that life is not going to run smoothly but now I have the know how to deal with this.

I would like to say a big thank you to inclusion matters sefton and also amy and marleen on reception for their kindness.
