What I liked

My visit to the endoscopy unit was very pleasant, far better than the unit on the old hospital. It was clean, run efficiently, all staff appeared to work as a TEAM and everything was explainmed clearly

What could be improved

Wheelchairs to get less abled from main reception to the endoscopy unit and other test units. Examination tables that can be lowered even if only one per daypatient unit.I felt the services at this hospital were aimed more at the well & able rather than the sick & fragile. Isn't it time the style of gowns was looked at, it is very awkward to reach the tabs at the rear with arthritic or stroke impaired upper limbs. Another obstacle is tieing them,and consumes staff time assisting people
