What I liked
I liked going back onto a ward that I had been on before.I knew nearly all the nurses.I was reconised by a few of them.Had a nice bed next to a window, the rooms are really clean and well lit.
What could be improved
You should GIVE the nurses the pay rise that they all deserve.DONT charge them for parking their cars. They deserve better than they are being given.You have wonderful Hospital & if they all go elsewhere to earn better money,then It wont matter whether you have a nice hospital or not.
