What I liked
As an emergency patient, I could not have asked for better treatment by reception, theatre and ward staff. My case was not straightforward but I was treated throughout with patience and respect.
What could be improved
The car parking arrangments (not just the charges) seem to distress patients, staff and visitors alike.
