Client needs were longer than what was allocated. The social worker said that the client needed to have meals on wheels as they kept running out of time.

But the client did not want meals on wheels. So the suggestion was to combine the lunch and supper services so that her food could be cooked and now she is really happy. Now she can eat what she wants.

Other service users in the same situation might benefit from this approach.
