I would just like to say a really big thank you to you all.

During my time here the words of advice you have given me have helped me through this rather tough period of my life.

I know I have lost my temper on occasions and for this I apologise. I will however miss having a chat with you all.

So until we meet again, but not in here, big up the excellent work you all do. You are all unsung heroes and you deserve to be recognised more for the work you put in.
