"Ward 33 and c section theatre of maternity unit"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

Anything else?

I had a elective c section on 1st July 13, due to my baby being breech. All the staff in the waiting bay ward were fantastic, they carried out all checks and told me what would be involved during the csection. When in theatre I was surrounded by about 10 different doctors/surgeons etc, who all kept me updated and spoke to myself and husband throughout the procedure. After recovery I was transferred to ward 33 and I was treated with respect, dignity and kindness, every midwife on that ward were fantastic. My baby and myself were very well looked after and we couldn't of asked for anything better! Thank you to all that were involved in my care, it was 1st class! Highly recommended!
