I have not been a patient as I can not get that far. I was asked by my doctor to book an appointment, on line or by phone( the NEW choose and book apparently). Your system is so poor it will not let me book on line, and you do not answer the phone. So after trying for a week I have given up,and am going on holiday. you win!
What could be improved? Sort out your on line booking sysem. Or answer the phone. If you dont do either you will have no patients. Still you will hit your waiting time targets.
