I was very pleased with the care I received during my short stay at Queen Elizabeth Hospital where I was treated with care and dignity. The Doctors and Nurses in the Day Surgery Unit at the Peter Smith Surgery Center were all excellent and very friendly. It was easy to tell they enjoyed their work and helping others. After being taken to a cubical, I had my TVT surgery explained to me fully by my Nurse, Anesthesiologist, and Doctor. By the time I was ready for surgery I knew exactly what to expect. It was a possibly uncomfortable situation made much easier just knowing what was going to happen. All the questions I had were answered and any concerns I had were taken seriously and explained fully. The staff made my stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone needing surgery.
