About: Western Infirmary/Gartnavel General / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I was impressed by

a) the efficient procedure of my gp just giving me a form to take to the hospital myself, rather than the system for some things where gp sends in a reqest then weeks later you get letter with an appointment.

b) Also impressed by the efficient and quick way the hospital did the xray.
