What could be improved

I have just attempted to attend an Outpatient appointment, which I had to cancel 5 minutes before I was due to attend. I left work 30 minutes before my appointment time, and I work 3 miles away - I spent 25 minutes trying to find somewhere to park! This is not the first time that I have experienced problems with parking, however it is certainly the worst - the hospital has caused complete gridlock in the local area. When will this finally be addressed?
