Following my revision Triple/Pantalar operation, I wanted to offer my gratitude for a truly positive customer focussed experience. I feel it is important to state that the entire experience was so positive and totally patient focussed. Not with-standing the exceptional surgical skill of the surgeon, whose approach pre and post operation was outstanding where I always felt that my well-being was paramount and that nothing was too much trouble. My week long stay at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre was a fine experience and all staff were always professional and supportive. Following my latest post-operative clinic I am delighted that my latest operation has proved to have been a success. During this consultation, they have continued to provide me with a comprehensive update and prognosis of what to expect in the future and even though I have been released from clinic, I know that the surgeon and their team will always be available for advice and support should this be required. This illustrates the continuation of a positive patient focus approach which has been very impressive and something you should all be proud off. My thanks. Bill Haylock
