What I liked

I had to take my two year old to rhh this week, he had cut open his lip and obviously we were both distressed. The receptionists in A & E were very helpful and quick, we were taken in within minutes, the nurses in A & E were very sympathetic, helpful, understanding and washed their hands each time they saw us. The staff on the childrens ward were wonderful, understanding and explained everything every step of the way. The theatre staff were the same, even offering tissues when I left my son with them.

And the car park was only £3.50 for the whole day, could not ask for better service.
