What I liked

My family member was admitted over a bank holiday weekend, and saw a different doctor every day. It took a long time for things to move. However, his room was spotless, and the staff very friendly towards him.

What could be improved

If one doctor was responsible for the patient rather than 7 or 8 it would help. We didn't really feel that anyone was really 'on the ball' with what was going on with him. One doctor would say something was serious, then the next one would say he was coming home and it was probably ok. Very mixed messages.
