What I liked
The ward was clean
What could be improved
There were many doctors caring for my elderly grandfather. I got told many different things and it appeared that no one really knew what was going on.
He waited a long time for a bed pan and was very upset as he is a proud man.
There was no real care or compassion for an old man. Very understaffed with nurses under extreme pressure.
