What I liked

I attended A & E as an outpatient with glass cuts to my hand on Sunday morning 22.06.08.

The whole process of booking in and being seen in a reasonable time went very well.

I was particularly impressed with the ENP who treated my injury with care whilst keeping me informed of what he was doing and why. I was also impressed by his approach to hygiene and cleanliness.

I needed an X-Ray which also went very smoothly leaving me no time to read the book I had brought with me.

What could be improved

My only complaint is that the parking ticket machine was not working in the A & E dept and I had to take a reasonably long walk to find one that did work.
