Anything else?
This hospital lost my referral for an ultra sound scan after 3 weeks of waiting, and then I had to book in myself and be put back another two weeks. The receptionist was quite rude about the situation and shrugged off all blame. Furthermore, to avoid any postal misdeliveries, I waited for her to book it with me there. She knew I was in atime constraint and yet continued to be distracted by colleages with general chit chat as I waited patiently, controlling my frustration.
