I have been admitted to Hereford hospital twice in last 2 years onto frome ward.
Some of the nurses were very rude and uncaring, I was on there for 3 days each time than moved to arrow ward where all the staff were wonderful.
Also on my second visit I was moved 5 times and each time the nurses just dumped everything onto my bed then left me to sort it out, and this when I was feeling so poorly.
