My son has had a persistent cough for a while and as it hasn't been improving I wanted my GP to see him. Within a few minutes of ringing I was given a same day routine appointment. I arrived on time and we were seen immediately by the GP who recommended a chest x-ray. We were given an appointment at the Outpatients' clinic and were seen within an hour of having seen the GP. The staff at every stage were friendly and reassuring.
