Attended a and e with my 13 year old daughter with a large burn to her arm, arrived at 10pm was seen by a nurse immediately and given pain relief straight away, excellent care by nurse very thorough and professional, then had to wait 2 and half hours to see a doctor, but a and e was very very busy lots of screaming babies coming and going so obviously they are to be seen before us, within 2 mins of seeing doctor another nurse dressed the wound and gave us some after care advice, overall very happy with the care we recieved!
