I was admitted to the cath lab for pacemaker implant.The staff there were friendly, polite,and professional.The implant was carried out by a doctor who in my opinion went the extra mile.Where the implant needed to be fitted i had two tattoos with a very small gap between them i asked if they could get in between the gap and although difficult they said they would do their best and true to their word, achieved this.By the way the gap was less than five mm.I know this sounds trivial but these tattoos mean a lot to me and its good to know that there are people that will go that extra mile.I was kept informed all through the procedure by the doctor and the nurses whom i cannot fault.I was then transferred to B22 where all the staff again where friendly and professional.I think that these days people are to quick to complain and not quick enough to praise people for doing well.My thanks and gratitude to all the staff who attended to me during my treatment.
