last weekend my little boy went to a&e with a broken arm.

i cannot praise the staff enough, from being booked in on saturday evening to leaving on the sunday afternoon, even though the staff on riverbank were extremly busy, they and all the staff that came into contact with us as a family were brilliant. thankyou.

i am sure because of this my sons experience of going into theatre for the first time wasn't as traumatic as it could have been. please convey opur thanks to all involved.

once again we cannot praise your staff highly enough. thankyou.
