I am being treated by a member of staff from the back pain clinic. They are the most helpful person I have seen as part of the NHS. I have been passed around from doctor to doctor before I came here and I have to say this is definitely the best care I have received. The staff are not demeaning in any way, they go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The member of staff has explained things properly to me and provided me with options which I didn't feel were available to me before. I'd be more than happy to recommend this service to anyone with a similar problem.
