My father-in-law (86) recently fell & broke his hip. From A&E, through imaging and onto the ward, all of the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Most striking was that they smiled; sincerely and frequently. Having had a lousy experience a few years ago, I was so pleasantly surprised. The nurses & doctors actively listened to my father-in-law and us, and to each other, so no having to tell the same thing to different people. I can't praise them highly enough. Outstanding care from outstanding staff. The friendliest hospital I've ever visited.
