I would like to thank the staff at Frimley Park hospital who were involved with the care my six year old son received the weekend before last. After a nasty double break to his arm, we arrived at A&E and within minutes were assessed and he was given pain relief. The care we received (yes, I say we, as it felt like my husband and I were cared for as well as our son!) over the next 24 hours was exceptional. The medical staff were excellent! Clear, concise and able to reassure our frightened little boy. The nurses in paeds a&e and F1 ward were lovely, kind and thoughtful. In fact, without exception, every member of staff we came in contact with, the receptionist, porters, nurses, doctors, etc were so professional and confident, and yet able to empathise with a scared 6 year old (ok, I'll admit it, and his scared Mum) The facilities were good, clean and very well thought out with something for children of all ages. I hope his outpatient care lives up to this exacting standards! Thank you again!
