hello! I've had a ct scan last friday, 5th of july, im particularly upset at the ENT department for not listening to a word i said, but this is just a massive thank you to radiology reception, i was really upset as previously mentioned ent problem. but the reception really tried to make me feel better and was very reassuring and empathetic of my situation, so a massive thank you! x
