My baby hasn't moved in two days so I came in to be seen only to be stuck in a waiting room for hours (still waiting even now after nearly 3 hours). No one offered an estimated waiting time or a drink of water etc. I understand staff are busy but when you see the same people stood around talking about their weekend whilst you are waiting anxious and unwell it's rather annoying!
