Re: A&E department

My gran was brought into the A&E department just over a week ago in an ambulance. The two ambulance staff were brilliant; very calm and helpful. All staff in A&E were happy to answer any questions we had and provide help when needed. The department was clean and seemed very well run.

We are very lucky to have an A&E department, and it's a shame so few people seem to be using this site to say thank you.

So, thank you to everyone involved. My gran is still on one of the wards, so I'll be able to comment on the wards in a couple of weeks!

What could be improved

It would perhaps be helpful to let patients and relatives know about this site so that more people could use it - maybe some posters or leaflets? 9 comments for the PRH and 5 for RSH is surely a bit disappointing considering the amount of patients they both have. However, I've only found this page whilst looking for something else, as I suspect the other people who've posted messages have. Apologies if you already do this, but I've been visiting daily for over a week now and haven't seen anything.
